3. Technical support to ME/Production during the new products launch and new process introduction, including the value stream analysis, trouble shooting, cause analysis, yield rate improvement…
4. Introduce the new process/technology for the production to improve the quality, yield and efficiency;
5. Perform the engineering **** and data analysis to find the best process or root cause together with quality and operations team(e.g. manage, organize and review design/process optimization on the Cost Down)
6. Customer support on the teardown failure analysis of the returned cells;
7. Set and publish the pass/fail criteria with QA;
8. Act as a liaison between engineering, quality, cell operations and module operations for product quality issues (including NCRs)
9. Coach and train the new employee in order to get involved in the job as soon as possible;
10. Complete temporary tasks assigned by manager;
任職要求:
1.化學工程,電化學類,測試工程類,自動化控制類等相關專業(yè)本科以上學歷;
2.5年以上制造或產品測試相關經驗;
3.2年以上團隊管理經驗;
4.2年以上鋰離子電池的后工序工藝經驗,包括化成、測試等;
5.熟練使用數理統(tǒng)計工具如minitab等,及常規(guī)質量數據分析能力(CPK/CMK計算…);
6.熟悉精益理念;
7.了解生產現場的環(huán)境控制,如粉塵管控,溫濕度控制等;
8.具備失效問題分析的能力(石川圖,6 Sigma或其他);
9.良好的英語口語和書面表達能力;
10.善于跨部門溝通和壓力下的工作能力;
Requirements
1. College above in chemical engineering, electrical-chemical engineering, ****ing engineering,mechanical or automation control and other related majors.
2. 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing and/or product development environment.
3. 2+ years of team leader;
4, 2+ years on the back-end process of the li- battery, including the formation, ****ing…;
5. Be familiar with the statics tool as minitab, and data analysis on CMK/CPK…
6. Knowledge of Lean concept;
7. Understanding the concept of the environment control in the production field, such as particle, temperature and humidity;
8. Experience with formal root cause analysis tools preferred (Ishikawa, Six Sigma, or other)
9. Good oral and written communication skills in English.
10. Skill in the cross-team Communication and ability under pressure;
