Job Description:
*Responsible for all companies voucher filing incl. Shanghai, Tieling, Jining, Changchun, Penglai
*Make the registration of all filings for needed persons
*Make sure that all vouchers are complete for annual audit and tax audit
*Responsible for all courier from LEONI companies of AP and invoices
*Responsible for all courier of Golden Tax invoices to customers
*Keep record of all department attendance
*Serve as a contact person if LEONI entities have any questions regarding the shared service, keep record for questions and follow-ups of solutions
*Responsible for departmental filing of contracts
*Other administration work including book office consumables, meeting room arrangement, visa arrangement, flights and hotel bookings of the department visitors and department accountants, department organization, monthly booklet bindings, etc
*Requirments from accounting director
Requirements:
*Bachelor degree in Finance,accounting or administration
*Working experience 1year
*Good at Excel PPt,etc.
*Good at both oral and written English
*Some knowledge of administration work
*Self-motivated, independent, details oriented, Honest, integrity and good team player, like the detailed work
