Job Responsibilities:
-Complete concept design of non-standard automated equipments according to sketch
能根據(jù)草圖完成非標(biāo)自動化設(shè)備方案設(shè)計工作
-Conduct detailed engineering independently such as producing 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings.Generate item no. and Bill of Materials in SAP
獨(dú)立完成3D建模和2D出圖的詳細(xì)設(shè)計，運(yùn)用SAP生成物料號以及BOM表
-Select purchased components, including pneumatic componets and hydraulic componets, according to technical specifications provided by customer
根據(jù)客戶提供的參數(shù)要求，對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件進(jìn)行選型，包含氣動元器件和液壓元器件
-Take measurement of existing machinery in the workshop and make 3D models accordingly
現(xiàn)場機(jī)器測繪，并完成3D模型設(shè)計
-Is responsible of own engineering and design schedules and quality
對自己設(shè)計工作的進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量負(fù)責(zé)
-Troubleshoot design related problems
解決設(shè)計相關(guān)的問題
-Other related tasks assigned by the supervisor

Person Specifications:
-Above 5-7 years working experience in mechanical design
5-7年以上從事機(jī)械設(shè)計相關(guān)的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
-Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
大學(xué)本科，機(jī)械設(shè)計工程專業(yè)
-Has good fundamental knowledge of mechanical design theory and has a good understanding of machine assembly process and automation
有比較好的機(jī)械設(shè)計理論基礎(chǔ)，了解機(jī)器裝配過程和自動化
-Familiar with assembling pricinple. Be able to guide site assembly & adjustment and to design necessary fixtures
熟悉機(jī)械裝配原理，能夠指導(dǎo)相關(guān)設(shè)備的現(xiàn)場裝配和調(diào)整，以及設(shè)計相關(guān)輔助工裝。
-Good communication in Chinese and English
良好的中英文溝通能力
-Highly interested in working for variety of mechanical engineering work and product
對不同領(lǐng)域和不同類型產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計工作有高度的興趣
-Familiar with Office software, AutoCAD and Solidworks are must, Catia is a plus
熟練使用Office辦公軟件，必須精通AutoCAD和Solidworks軟件, Catia會優(yōu)先考慮
-Independent worker, Team-player, Self-motivator, good coordinator and strong ability of learning etc.
