(1). Define the quality control plan and in-process inspection instruction for each responsible product.
(2). Real time monitor process and product quality, Initiate CA&PA or trigger line stop immediately if any serious quality issue or deviation.
(3). Implement investigation, analysis and corrective action taken if any critical quality issue.
(4). Coach IPQC inspector with inspection method and skills.
(5) .Monitor the surveillance testing result and make correct decision for quality risk.

Launch continuous improvement activity (such as 6Sigma, Lean, Kaizen) to resolve complex or long term issue with more focusing on MDR, NQC and PRR improvement.

Bachelor or above
Job Related Experience:
1. More than 3 years’ Process Quality Engineer or Customer Quality engineer background in manufacturing factory is a must.
2. To be familiar with ISO9001:2000 and basic quality control/statistic tools/methodologies.
Business Understanding:
Industry of mechanical Manufacturing
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):
1. Internal auditor of ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001 will be preferred.
2. Trained or qualified as 6SIGMA GB or above will be preferred.
3. Fluent written and oral English.
4. Proficient at Office software
